Lol, c'mon I had to quote it. Besides, it makes my comment longer.
Well, I'm not gonna say "I don't know" ;) Instead I'll say happiness is me. It's what I am, what I feel, despite what anyone says or does. Even when I have no control, I must BE happiness to feel it. Hmm, too vague? Basically I'm saying, it has to come from within. I can crabby when life is going smooth as silk. I can ecstatic when it hits rock bottom. So happiness is ME.

Hmmm...you already know the 'on a cliff alone wit books n music n food' theory...happiness for me is also hearing the voices of my family members...and my mother's distinct smell...and being free... ;-)

happiness to me is a sense of fullness of life.. its the realisation of my being and the ability to let go of all that binds me to the world...happiness is a search for me.. i still look for it every minute of every day..
